Sea View Sitges Penthouse Holiday Rental Apartment - Rates
The rates are set out on a per night basis for up to 2 guests and are in Euros. There is a supplement of 20€ per night for additional guests 3 and 4.
50% non refundable deposit to secure the reservation with balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Refundable security damage deposit of 250€/250 UK Pounds/250 US Dollars at check in. Deposit will be refunded at check out.
Local tax of 0.45 per person over the age of 16 years per night but only up to 7 nights. Payable at check in.
Happy to consider stays of less than the minimum stay but a 75€ surcharge will be added to the accommodation cost.

Security Deposit
A 250 Euros/Pounds Sterling/US Dollars cash deposit is required to cover the cost of any damage or breakages caused during your stay. It also acts as a security against the apartment not being returned in clean condition i.e. all food is removed, all rubbish put in the dustbins, washing up is clean and put back in the cupboards, all keys are returned etc. In addition you will be asked to enter your credit card details on the checking in form giving us permission to debit your card with any costs for damage/breakages caused in excess of the cash deposit. Any such issues will be dealt with at the time of check out.
Keys
2 sets of keys are provided. Please note that if a front door key is left in the door then the lock cannot be opened from the outside and this will result in the attendance of a locksmith and the client will be liable to pay the fee. If keys are lost the replacement fee is 25 euros per key.
Cancellation
The 50% reservation deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation with more than 30 days written notice a charge of another 20% will be due.
Cancellation with less than 30 days or a "no show", 100% of the total cost of the stay becomes due.
It is therefore advisable that holiday insurance is taken as a precaution against cancellation charges.
It is implied upon booking of the apartment that all terms and conditions have been read and are accepted.
Only the number of persons entered on the booking form have permission to stay at Sea View Sitges.
No parties are permitted and it is understood that all guests will respect the privacy of neighbours. Should the police be called as a result of unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to terminate the rental contract forthwith and ask you to leave the apartment, without recourse to any form of compensation.
No liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of Sea View Sitges, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.
In addition, no liability is acceptable for death, injury or illness of anyone booked or occupying the accommodation.
Our smoking policy is that smoking is permitted outside on the terrace, not inside of the apartment please.
